Jason Benchimol

I received my Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University of Washington in 2012. My dissertation concerned the issue of whether people can be morally blameworthy for what are commonly called unintentional omissions. I have since ceased to do traditional research in academic philosophy and have focused my energy on growing as a teacher. I teach a broad range of both traditional brick-and-mortar as well as online classes in philosophy at the University of Washington and Bellevue College. I am also a dedicated yoga practitioner and, from time to time, a yoga teacher.
